River Haven Resort is situated in the middle of Ontario's most beautiful resort area called Rainbow Country along the Magnetawan River. The resort is just minutes away from Georgian Bay, and the Thirty Thousand Islands. We offer our guests the opportunity for great fishing, canoeing and hunting either with friends or family.
This area is well known to the fisherman. Spring and fall are traditionally preferred fishing times and with some justification. Spring offers the season opening of Walleye (Pickerel) and Northern Pike. Muskie Season opens in mid June. Big waters breed big Muskie. Small Mouth and Large Mouth Bass season open in the last week in June. Guides service is available upon request. Enjoy down rigging for Salmon and Lake Trout on Georgian Bay.
Enjoy Deer, Moose and Duck Hunting. We have modern housekeeping cabins and a trailer park.
