River Haven Resort is located on the Magnetawan River in the middle of Ontario's most beautiful resort area called Rainbow Country. Along with direct access by boat to Georgian Bay and the Thirty Thousand Islands, we offer our guests the opportunity for great fishing, canoeing and hunting with friends and family.

This area is well known to the fishermen. Spring and fall are traditionally preferred fishing times and with some justification. Spring offers the season opening of Pickerel (Walleye) and Northern Pike. Muskie Season opens in mid June, and big waters breed big Muskie! Small and Large Mouth Bass seasons open in the last week in June.
